Your family will have a great beach vacation in Destin, Florida, when staying at BIMINI BREEZE. This recently remodeled "Funky Beach Shack" themed two-story luxury vacation home is located approximately 125 yards from the beach (2-3 minute walk) and is only one house away from the neighborhood pool within the EMERALD SHORES subdivision, a gated beach ownership community!EMERALD SHORES is the only residential community in Destin that has a private beach pavilion with restrooms, outdoor showers, beach service and it's very own Cabana Cafe' & Bar! This eliminates having to go back to the home for potty breaks, or to rinse off the kids or to just get a bite to eat with a cold beverage. It's all available at the Emerald Shores beach pavilion!
The home has a spacious 2300 square feet of living area, a large front yard, and a gourmet kitchen which includes granite counters, stone back splashes and stainless appliances. Home is fully equipped with all kitchen wares and utensils for casual or gourmet dining. Your family will appreciate BIMINI BREEZE’s large porches, balconies, patios, decks, gas barbecue grill and close proximity to the beach and pool. Balconies and porches are located off all bedrooms and living areas.
The home boasts three Master Bedrooms and two separate Living Rooms. This is a great set-up for three families with the bonus room upstairs providing a fun TV room and sleeping area for the kids (sleeps up to 8 kids) and is set-up as a 4th bedroom. Each bedroom has a private covered balcony or porch area and opens up to soak in our wonderful Gulf breezes. Sit out on one of the balconies or porches and read a good book or just kick back and relax while sipping on a frothy cold one. TV's are located in every room including wall mounted flat screens in the kitchen and the bonus room upstairs. A total of 6 flat screen TV's including a 51" 1080p LCD TV with surround sound in the living room downstairs. Ceiling fans are located in every area.
Balconies, porches, pools, and patios give you ample room to lounge around in a tropical paradise. The home is located on the first beach street cul-de-sac in the neighborhood and is a very short walk to the beach, to the large heated community pool, to onsite tennis or restaurants. BIMINI BREEZE has free wireless high-speed internet access (wireless 802.11g or b). Why settle for an entire week of that cramped condo feeling when you could be stretching out and enjoying all of the pleasures and domestic comforts of being in your own home while on vacation at the beach! Very Desirable!!
This property is without question well worth a look! ( unless a beach view is paramount ). Clean, very functional. The owner was always available, if a minor issue / query arose. Only 4 of us in our party, so needless to say, it felt cavernous, for a 7 day stay. Kitchen had many thoughtful extras, that other rentals may not have. Should we ever need a larger property for occupancy, Bimini Breeze would DEFINITELY be a consideration!!

Great place to stay
This is our fifth year to rent this home. Great to see our daughter head straight up to her "flamingo" room. Always nice to see the new items in the home. This year they added a new couch and appliances. Look forward to staying there again next year. Perfect location to beach, pool, dining, and shopping. Thanks again for another awesome week and see ya next year.

First class location and house!
Everything was fantastic. If you have never been to Destin before, the house is in a great location. It is close to many great restaurants and attractions. The house was clean and was even ready for us a little early. We had 6 adults and a 2 year old...and we had plenty of space. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the propane grill was a nice added bonus. The house came with two wagons, and tons of additional beach toys. Speaking of the beach, it was a really easy and short walk from the house (2-3 minutes). Having access to the pavilion was great. While the snack shop wasn't open when we were there, it was nice to have the bathrooms so close. We would not hesitate to stay in the house again. We stayed a few extra days in a resort community down the street...it didn't even compare to Bimini Breeze.

Great Location
This home was very clean upon arrival and we received notification that it was ready early for us! The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice sized. The kitchen and family room was spacious and nicely equipped. The home was close to the beach, pool and restaurants. I would definitely rent this same house again. The owner was great to work with.

Great Amenities and Location
This home is well suited for multiple families. It was very clean upon arrival and was even ready early for us! It was very accommodating and nicely equipped. Extremely close proximity to the beach, pool and restaurants. The beach was very clean and had great security. I would definitely rent this same house again. The owner was great to work with.

Another Great Family Spring Break Trip
There are certainly a lot of choices out there, but Bimini Breeze (and all of Gulf911.com) rentals are great vacation homes. The owners are friendly and we have no reason to be burdened with trying to find something else. These homes are top notch for a fair price!

1st vacation with the children and grandchildren
2019 was our 1st family vacation with our children and grandchildren. We chose the “Bimini Breeze” for a wonderful Spring Break! We stayed the first week of April and although the weather could have been a little better the house was awesome! Bimini Breeze was a very short walk to the beach and the one of the heated pools was one house walk away. The house was very clean when we arrived. My son was the first to arrive as there was 3 of us that drove down (yes they accommodate 3 vehicles on this property) and he called me once he looked around and said “Mom you did good! This house is awesome! We were extremely happy with the location of the house and everything that was included – plenty of linens, wi-fi, cable, grill and 2 wagons for the beach. I really like the idea of being able to leave food that has been unopened to be donated! The day prior to our departure we had started washing the towels and smelled burning coming from the washer. We unplugged it immediately and I emailed Jay and Betty to advise them but also followed up with a call. Jay was so appreciative that I called to let him know and he immediately set up to get a new washer and dryer. Responses like that prove to me that they care about their properties. I can say that any future vacations in Destin our first pick will be with one of Jay and Betty’s properties.

Exceeded Expectations
We so thoroughly enjoyed our week at 31 Amber Cove! The house was inviting, and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was just as advertised: location, space, beach proximity, as well as proximity to restaurants and things to do. It met and exceeded our expectations! The neighborhood was so family friendly, and we loved the quiet time after 10pm. That was especially important since we had a 3 and 5 year old with us.

Great Family Vacation
We've stayed in Destin many times but always in a condo type place. Bimini Breeze was the perfect size for our 2 families. The cousins could all be together and parents, grandparents had their own rooms. It is a beautiful house and an easy stroll to the beach. Loved that there were wagons with beach stuff for us to take to the beach. We also liked that the house was a little farther from the busy strip on 98. We were able to get around more easily. It was a relaxing, very fun week. Thanks for the awesome stay!!

Great rental for our first family vacation!
We stayed at the Bimini Breeze this past week and absolutely loved it! The home itself is very spacious, clean, fully stocked, and literally steps away from so many amenities. We walked to the beach every day, and one of two pools is across the street, a few feet from one of two private patios. We would definitely recommend anyone looking for a rental in Destin to check out the Bimini Breeze. Jay was a pleasure to work with!

Fabulous rental!
We stayed in Bimini Breeze last week and it was GREAT! Fully furnished with complete starter set of detergents, soaps, plenty of kitchen utensils, cookware, beach wagons, umbrella, and more. Jay was always quick to answer questions and super easy to work with. The community is top notch. Lots of room for the kids and plenty of king rooms for the adults. Highly recommend:-)

Kayla’ s Celebration
Our stay with Diamond Cove was amazing. It accommodated our entire family of 10. Josh is fantastic and made the trip arrangements and booking easy. We had a maintenance issue and Josh was there immediately fixing our problem. The place is amazing. The pool is near and beach was a short walk like 10 minutes.

Spring Break at Bimini
We had a great week at the house! There were 9 of us and we had plenty of room to spread out. The house is so close to the main pool, which was heated, and not a far walk to the beach. They provided wagons, chairs and toys for us to use which was so helpful. The house looked like the pictures and the kitchen had most of what we needed. Josh, the property manager was excellent, he was attentive when we had need of something, and was very easy to communicate with. I have stayed in this subdivision before, and when I come to Destin I would look to stay here again.
