This PET FRIENDLY, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house is located in the community of Emerald Shores, right along Scenic Highway 98 in Destin. Emerald Shores is the perfect community to vacation in when it comes to your dream family vacation. This community is equipped with 2 swimming pools (1 that is seasonally heated), a private tennis court and its own community tram that offers rides to and from the beach. Speaking of the beach, when you stay in Emerald Shores you will have access to your very own private beach access with an amazing private pavilion that offers drinks, food and private restrooms. If the tram ride is full, don't worry. It is a very short walk to and from your private beach access.You'll find "Magnolia Manor" is fully equipped with everything you need as your home away from home. The laundry room has a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. The 2 covered patios have outdoor furniture for wonderful mornings with coffee or to enjoy with friends in the evening. The driveway will fit 3 cars during your stay. We provide a cart with beach chairs, toys and umbrellas for your convenience. We also have FREE WIFI (wireless Internet) in this unit.
We are also PET FRIENDLY! We love our family members with furr & would love to host yours! (We include a pet fee at checkout)
The one of a kind beach front Pavilion has storage for the provided cart and bathrooms so you do not have to make a trip back to the house while enjoying a full day at the beach.
This Destin, Florida Vacation House is located between the pool and the ocean. It is a short walk to either. There are many things to do in Destin! We hope you enjoy your stay with us at "Magnolia Manor".

Awesome Vacation Home
We had an amazing stay at Magnolia Manor. This is the first time my family and I have traveled to the beach together, and this home definitely helped in making it an easy and enjoyable stay. I was very nervous about this trip, as we have never rented a home for vacation, but Maryann was so kind and answered all the questions I had, helping put my mind at ease! She was great! The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the house was in great shape. It had EVERYTHING we needed to make it feel just like home! The short walk to the beach was wonderful, and the wagon provided made packing drinks, towels, toys, and everything else we needed for a day at the beach much easier than if we were carrying it all. There were several places to eat and things to do, all within a few short miles of the house. The kids enjoyed the pool that was closest to the house and it was very clean and well kept. My husband, myself, my children, and the other family that went with us can't say enough good things about this place! We left with a lifetime of precious memories and can't wait to visit again. If you are looking for a nice, comfortable, and affordable house to vacation in, Magnolia Manor is the place to go!

perfect vacation retreat
The perfect Beach house for a family vacation. We had two kids and three adults and were very comfortable. Great location and house. Would definitely recommend this property.

Magnolia Manor
This is our third year here. Magnolia Manor is the perfect location for our vacation. Everything about it is exactly what we need. An easy walk to the beach. So many places to eat close by. Emerald Shores is very safe for our grandchildren. The house has enough room for the four adults and three children. Not cramped at all. This is a very restful place to visit. Thank you Cory for making this property available. I can’t say enough about the property.
